How fast will I hear about a change?
Each store is re-checked about every 15 minutes. As soon as a check detects a change, the alert email goes out. Note that Shopify caches its public catalog, so a change can take a few minutes to become visible.
Can I track just one product?
Yes. Paste a product URL (the /products/handle form) to watch only that product; paste a store URL to watch the entire catalog including new and removed products.
Will I get spammed?
No. All the changes found in a single check are grouped into one email. You also get a full, timestamped change history on your dashboard.
What happens if a store blocks us?
We retry on the next cycle. After 10 consecutive failures the store is paused automatically so it stops consuming your quota.
Can I stop tracking a store?
Remove any store from your dashboard at any time. It frees a slot immediately toward your 25-store limit.
